   DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.
   Jeremy Mayfield has been given the legal okay to run in this weekend's Daytona 400, by a court in Charlotte, N. C., but it's unclear if Mayfield, suspended last month by NASCAR for violating NASCAR's substance abuse policy, will be able to get a car at the track in time to qualify for the race.
   A Charlotte judge allowed Mayfield's request for a temporary injunction.
